Al-Zalzalah

The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

When the earth will be shaken with a mighty shaking, 1 and when the earth brings forth its burdens 2 the human being will say (in horror), "What is happening to it?" 3 On that day earth will narrate its news, 4 Because your Lord had inspired her. 5 Upon that day men shall issue in scatterings to see their works, 6 So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, 7 and whoever has done an atom's weight of evil, will also see it. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
