The Night (Al-Layl)
21 verses, revealed in Mecca after The All High (Al-A'alaa) before Dawn (Al-Fajr)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
By the night, when it envelops, 1 and by the day as it appears radiantly, 2 And the creating of the male and the female, 3 Verily, [O men,] you aim at most divergent ends! 4 Then as for him who giveths and feareth Him. 5 for those who spend for the cause of God, 6 We will indeed make smooth for him the path to Bliss. 7 But as for he who withholds and considers himself free of need 8 And gives the lie to the best,- 9 We will indeed make smooth for him the path to Misery; 10 And his riches will not avail him when he falls headlong (into the Abyss). 11 Lo! Ours it is (to give) the guidance 12 And verify Ours is both the Hereafter and the life present. 13 I have warned you about the fierce blazing fire 14 whereat none but the most wretched shall be roasted, 15 Who had denied and turned away. 16 and from which the most godfearing shall be removed, 17 [He] who gives [from] his wealth to purify himself 18 They do not expect any reward 19 But only seeking the countenance of his Lord, Most High. 20 And soon will they attain (complete) satisfaction. 21
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
