Seest thou not that We have set the devils on the disbelievers to confound them with confusion? 83 So make no haste against them, for We but count out to them a (limited) number (of days). 84 On the Day We will gather the righteous to the Most Merciful as a delegation 85 And drive the wicked into Hell like cattle driven to water, 86 who have no power of intercession, except those who have taken a covenant with the Merciful. 87 And they say: The Beneficent Allah has taken (to Himself) a son. 88 Indeed, [by this assertion] you have brought forth something monstrous, 89 At it the skies are ready to burst, the earth to split asunder, and the mountains to fall down in utter ruin, 90 That men should ascribe a son to the Most Gracious, 91 And it is not appropriate for the Most Merciful that He should take a son. 92 There is no one in the heavens and earth but that he comes to the Most Merciful as a servant. 93 indeed, He has full cognizance of them, and has numbered them with [unfailing] numbering; 94 And everyone of them will come to Him singly on the Day of Judgment. 95 To the righteously striving believers God will grant love. 96 and only to this end have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own tongue, [O Prophet,] so that thou might convey thereby a glad tiding to the God-conscious, and warn thereby those who are given to [futile] contention: 97 for, how many a generation have We destroyed before their time - [and] canst thou perceive any one of them [now,] or hear any whisper of them? 98
