Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Have you seen him who denies the Recompense? 1 Then such is the (man) who repulses the orphan (with harshness), 2 And urges not the feeding of AlMiskin (the poor), 3 So ruin is to those offerers of prayer – 4 Who are heedless of their prayer; 5 those who do good (in order) to be seen, 6 And withhold the necessaries of life. 7
