The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

When the earth is shaken by the shaking thereof, 1 And Earth yieldeth up her burdens, 2 And man saith: What aileth her? 3 On that day earth will narrate its news, 4 having been inspired by your Lord. 5 On that Day people will come forward in separate groups to be shown their deeds: 6 So whoever does a good deed equal to the weight of the minutest particle, will see it. 7 And whosoever hath worked ill of an atom's weight shall behold it. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
