The Key (Al-Faatehah)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate 1
All the praises and thanks be to Allah, the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 2 The Beneficent, the Merciful. 3 the Master of the Day of Doom. 4 You alone we worship, and to You alone turn for help. 5 Direct us on to the Straight Way, 6 The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray. 7
