ART THOU NOT aware that We have let loose all [manner of] satanic forces upon those who deny the truth - [forces] that impel them [towards sin] with strong impulsion? 83 Therefore, do not hasten (in seeking a scourge against them). We are counting their days. 84 On the Day when We shall gather the Godconscious unto [Us,] the Most Gracious, as honoured guests, 85 And will drive the criminals to Hell in thirst 86 None shall have the power of intercession, but such a one as has received permission (or promise) from the Most Beneficent (Allah). 87 And they say: "The Most Beneficent (Allah) has begotten a son (or offspring or children) [as the Jews say: 'Uzair (Ezra) is the son of Allah, and the Christians say that He has begotten a son ['Iesa (Christ)], and the pagan Arabs say that He has begotten daughters (angels, etc.)]." 88 You have indeed brought an extremely grave speech! 89 the heavens might well-nigh burst thereat, and the earth break asunder, and the mountains fall down in pieces, 90 that they have attributed to the All-merciful a son; 91 and it behoves not the All-merciful to take a son. 92 None is there in the heavens and earth but he comes to the All-merciful as a servant; 93 He has counted them and calculated their number. 94 each one of them shall come to Him one by one on the Day of Judgement. 95 To the righteously striving believers God will grant love. 96 So We have made this (Qur'an) easy in your tongue that you may give good news to those who take heed, and warn the people who are contentious. 97 And how many have We destroyed before them of generations? Do you perceive of them anyone or hear from them a sound? 98
