And Nuh's people belied the sent ones. 105 When their brother Noah said unto them: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 106 "I am a trustworthy Messenger to you. 107 "So fear Allah, and obey me. 108 For this I ask of you no wage, for my wage falls only on the Lord of the Worlds. 109 So fear Allah and obey me. 110 ۞ They said: Shall we put faith in thee, when the lowest (of the people) follow thee? 111 He said: "And what do I know as to what they do? 112 “Indeed their account is only upon my Lord, if you perceive.” 113 "I am not one to drive away those who believe. 114 I am only a clear warner' 115 They said: "If thou desist not, O Noah! thou shalt be stoned (to death)." 116 Noah said, "My Lord, my people have rejected me, 117 So pass a clear judgement between me and them and rescue me and the believers with me." 118 So We delivered him and those with him in the loaded ark, 119 Then We drowned the rest (disbelievers) thereafter. 120 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 And thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 122
