Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

۞ Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast? 1 relieved you of the burden 2 Which pressed heavily upon your back, 3 have We not given you high renown? 4 So, surely with every hardship there is ease; 5 With hardship indeed there is ease. 6 So, when you are free, strive hard, 7 and let your longing be for your Lord (in humility). 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
