And if you only could see when the Mujrimun (criminals, disbelievers, polytheists, sinners, etc.) shall hang their heads before their Lord (saying): "Our Lord! We have now seen and heard, so send us back (to the world), we will do righteous good deeds. Verily! We now believe with certainty." 12 And had We listed surely We could have given every soul its guidance; but true must be the word from Me; I shall surely fill Hell with the jinn and mankind together. 13 We shall say to them, "Taste this -- for you forgot you would ever meet this Day. We too will forget you -- taste the chastisement of Eternity for your [evil] deeds!" 14 Only those believe in Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), who, when they are reminded of them fall down prostrate, and glorify the Praises of their Lord, and they are not proud. ۩ 15 Who forsake their beds to cry unto their Lord in fear and hope, and spend of that We have bestowed on them. 16 No soul knows what pleases the eye is in store for them as a recompense for what they used to do. 17 Then is one who was a believer like one who was defiantly disobedient? They are not equal. 18 Those who accepted faith and did good deeds – for them are the Gardens of (everlasting) stay; a welcome in return for what they did. 19 And as for those who are Fasiqun (disbelievers and disobedient to Allah), their abode will be the Fire, every time they wish to get away therefrom, they will be put back thereto, and it will be said to them: "Taste you the torment of the Fire which you used to deny." 20 But We shall make them taste the affliction of this world before the greater torment, so that they may retract. 21 And who is more unjust than one who is reminded of the verses of his Lord; then he turns away from them? Indeed We, from the criminals, will take retribution. 22
