Surely warners came to the people of Pharaoh. 41 They denied all Our signs, We therefore seized them – the seizure of the Most Honourable, the All Powerful. 42 What, are your unbelievers better than those? Or have you an immunity in the Scrolls? 43 Or do they say: "We acting together can defend ourselves"? 44 [Yet] the hosts [of those who deny the truth] shall be routed, and they shall turn their backs [in flight]! 45 Aye! the Hour is their appointed term, and the Hour shall be far more grievous and far more bitter. 46 Indeed, the criminals are in error and madness. 47 On the Day when they shall be dragged into the fire on their faces, [they will be told:] "Taste now the touch of hell-fire!" 48 Verily, We have created all things with Qadar (Divine Preordainments of all things before their creation, as written in the Book of Decrees Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). 49 And Our commandment shall be but one, as the twinkling of an eye. 50 And We have already destroyed your kinds, so is there any who will remember? 51 And everything they have wrought is in the Writs. 52 And every small and great [thing] is inscribed. 53 Surely those who fear God and follow the straight path will be amidst gardens and light, 54 In the seat of honor with a most Powerful King. 55
