The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

When the earth will be shaken with a mighty shaking, 1 and the earth will throw up all her burdens, 2 And man saith: What aileth her? 3 That day it will narrate its annals, 4 Because thy Lord inspireth her. 5 On that Day mankind shall issue in scatterings to see their deeds. 6 Whosoever has done an atom's weight of good shall see it, 7 And whosoever has done even an atom's weight of evil will behold that. 8

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
