At the same time, the hypocrites and those in whose hearts was disease were saying, "Their faith has deluded these [believers]!" But he who places his trust in God [knows that,] verily, God is almighty, wise. 49 AND IF thou couldst but see [how it will be] when He causes those who are bent on denying the truth to die; the angels will strike their faces and their backs, and [will say]: "Taste suffering through fire 50 This is your punishment for what your hands wrought. Allah is not unjust in the least to His creatures.' 51 [To them shall happen] the like of what happened to Pharaoh's people and those who lived before them; they denied the truth of God's messages and so God took them to task for their sins. Verily, God is powerful, severe in retribution! 52 That is so because Allah will never change a grace which He has bestowed on a people until they change what is in their ownselves. And verily, Allah is All-Hearer, All-Knower. 53 In the manner of the people of Firon and those before them; they rejected the communications of their Lord, therefore We destroyed them on account of their faults and We drowned Firon's people, and they were all unjust. 54 The worst creatures in the sight of God are those who reject Him and will not believe; 55 The ones with whom you made a treaty but then they break their pledge every time, and they do not fear Allah. 56 If ye gain the mastery over them in war, disperse, with them, those who follow them, that they may remember. 57 If you [have reason to] fear from a people betrayal, throw [their treaty] back to them, [putting you] on equal terms. Indeed, Allah does not like traitors. 58

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
