And those who disbelieve say: "When we have become dust, we and our fathers, shall we really be brought forth (again)? 67 Indeed we and our fathers had been promised this before. It is nothing but the earlier people's lore." 68 Say: Travel in the earth, then see how was the end of the guilty. 69 Do not grieve over them, and do not be distressed by what they contrive. 70 They ask, "When will this promise be fulfilled, if what you say be true?" 71 Say: "It may be that some of the events which ye wish to hasten on may be (close) in your pursuit!" 72 Truly, your Lord is bountiful to mankind, but most of them are not grateful. 73 And indeed, your Lord knows what their breasts conceal and what they declare. 74 there is nothing hidden in heaven and on earth, but is recorded in a clear Book. 75 Verily this Qur'an recounteth with truth unto the Children of Isra'il much of that wherein they differ. 76 And truly, it (this Quran) is a guide and a mercy to the believers. 77 Verily, [O believer,] thy Sustainer will judge between them in His wisdom - for He alone is almighty, all-knowing. 78 So put thy trust in God; thou art upon the manifest truth. 79 Truly thou canst not cause the dead to listen, nor canst thou cause the deaf to hear the call, (especially) when they turn back in retreat. 80 nor can you direct the blind to the Right Way, preventing them from falling into error. You can make only those who believe in Our verses to hear the call and then submit. 81 ۞ And when the word shall come to be fulfilled concerning them, We shall bring forth a beast of the earth speaking unto them, that the people have not of Our signs been convinced. 82
