But [let them always remember that] if We lengthen a human being's days, We also cause him to decline in his powers [when he grows old]: will they not, then, use their reason? 68 We did not teach him (to wit, the Messenger) poetry and it does not behove him. This is none but an Admonition, and a Clear Book 69 That it may give admonition to any (who are) alive, and that the charge may be proved against those who reject (Truth). 70 Did they not see that We have created animals for them from Our handiwork, so they are their owners? 71 And We have subdued them unto them, so that some of them they have for riding and on some of them they feed? 72 They derive a variety of benefits and drinks from them. Will they, then, not give thanks? 73 Yet they take (for worship) gods other than Allah, (hoping) that they might be helped! 74 They cannot help them, though they be hosts made ready for them. 75 So do not let their saying grieve thee; assuredly We know what they keep secret and what they publish. 76 Does man not see that We created him of a sperm drop, and lo! he is flagrantly contentious? 77 And he invents an example for Us, while forgetting his own creation, saying, “Who is such that can revive the bones when they have completely rotted away?” 78 Say: "He who created you the first time. He has knowledge of every creation, 79 He who produces for you fire out of the green tree, so that, lo! you kindle [your fires] therewith." 80 Is not He Who created the heavens and the earth able to create the like of them? Yea! and He is the Creator (of all), the Knower. 81 Whenever He decides to create something He has only to say, "Exist," and it comes into existence. 82 So exalted is He in whose hand is the realm of all things, and to Him you will be returned. 83
