To God belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth; on the Day when the Hour comes, those who follow falsehood will be the losers. 27 You will see each community kneeling down; and each community will be summoned to its ledger (of good and evil deeds). You will receive upon that day your recompense for what you had done. 28 This Our Record speaks about you with truth. Verily, We were recording what you used to do (i.e. Our angels used to record your deeds). 29 Then, as to those who believed and did righteous deeds, their Lord will admit them to His Mercy that will be the achievement for all to see. 30 But as for those who disbelieved (it will be said to them): "Were not Our Verses recited to you? But you were proud, and you were a people who were Mujrimun (polytheists, disbelievers, sinners, criminals)." 31 “And when it was said, ‘Indeed Allah’s promise is true and there is no doubt regarding the Last Day”, you used to say, ‘We do not know what the Last Day is – we think it is nothing except an imagination, and we are not convinced.’” 32 Then will appear to them the evil (fruits) of what they did, and they will be completely encircled by that which they used to mock at! 33 And it will be said: "This Day We will forget you as you forgot the Meeting of this Day of yours. And your abode is the Fire, and there is none to help you." 34 That is for that you took God's signs in mockery, and the present life deluded you.' So today they shall not be brought forth from it, nor will they be suffered to make amends. 35 Then Praise be to Allah, Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth, Lord and Cherisher of all the Worlds! 36 And for Him only is the Greatness, in the heavens and in the earth; and He only is the Most Honourable, the Wise. 37
