Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
By the emissary winds, (sent) one after another 1 Then by oath of those that push with a strong gust. 2 Which scatter clouds to their destined places, 3 then the criterion (the verses of Koran), separating 4 And those winds that bring down the remembrance. 5 To cut off all excuses or to warn; 6 surely, that which you have been promised is about to fall! 7 Then the stars will lose their light. 8 and when the sky is rent asunder, 9 And when the mountains are blown away 10 and when all the apostles are called together at a time appointed... 11 to what day shall they be deferred? 12 For the Day of Judgement. 13 Would that you knew about the Day of Judgment! 14 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth. 15 Did We not destroy the ancients 16 Then did We follow them up with later ones. 17 Thus do We deal with the Mujrimun (polytheists, disbelievers, sinners, criminals, etc.)! 18 On that day, woe upon those who have rejected God's revelations! 19 Did We not create you from a weak water, 20 Then We lodged you in a secure place (the womb) 21 For a period (of gestation), determined (according to need)? 22 Thus We have determined the stages of development and Our power to determine is excellent indeed. 23 Woe, on that Day unto those who give the lie to the truth! 24 Have We not made the earth (as a place) to draw together. 25 the living and the dead? 26 And placed therein high mountains and given you to drink sweet water therein? 27 Woe that Day to the deniers (of the Day of Resurrection)! 28 Proceed to that (the Day of Judgment) which you have rejected. 29 Depart unto the shadow falling threefold, 30 “Which neither gives shade, nor saves from the flame.” 31 Surely it sends up sparks like palaces, 32 and as bright as a herd of yellow camels. 33 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 34 They will not be able to speak that day, 35 Nor are they suffered to put forth excuses. 36 Woe that Day to the deniers (of the Day of Resurrection)! 37 This is the Day of Judgement. We have assembled you all together with past generations. 38 if you have a trick, try you now to trick Me!' 39 Ah woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth! 40
