The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
The terrible calamity! 1 What is the Striking Calamity? 2 And what can make you know what is the Striking Calamity? 3 On that Day people shall become like scattered moths 4 The mountains like the tufts of carded wool. 5 Then as for him whose measure of good deeds is heavy, 6 will have a most pleasing life. 7 But as for him whose scales are light, 8 A bereft and Hungry One will be his mother, 9 And what shall teach thee what is the Pit? 10 Raging Fire. 11
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
