The Fig (Al-Teen)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
CONSIDER the fig and the olive, 1 and Mount Sinai, 2 and by this inviolable city, Mecca. 3 We have indeed created man in the best of moulds, 4 Then do We abase him (to be) the lowest of the low,- 5 except those who have faith and do righteous deeds. Theirs is a never ending reward. 6 After (knowing) this, what makes you still disbelieve in the Day of Judgment? 7 Is not God the most equitable of all judges? 8
