When the messengers came to Lot and his family, 61 He said: verily ye are a people stranger. 62 They said, "No, but we bring you news about what they disputed, 63 “And we have brought to you a true command, and indeed we are truthful.” 64 Therefore go forth with your followers in a part of the night and yourself follow their rear, and let not any one of you turn round, and go forth whither you are commanded. 65 And We conveyed to him [the decree] of that matter: that those [sinners] would be eliminated by early morning. 66 In the meantime the people of the city came to Lot rejoicing. 67 He said: Lo! they are my guests. Affront me not! 68 Fear Allah and do not disgrace me' 69 "Did we not restrain you," they said, "from (entertaining) creatures from the outside world?" 70 He said, “These women of our tribe are my daughters, if you have to.” 71 By thy life, they wandered blindly in their dazzlement, 72 and the Cry seized them at the sunrise, 73 We laid it (the city) upside down and rained stones of baked clay upon them. 74 Behold! in this are Signs for those who by tokens do understand. 75 That town lies on a road which still exists. 76 Indeed there is a portent in this for those who believe. 77 The dwellers of the Thicket were harmdoers. 78 So we took vengeance on them; and lo! they both are on a high-road plain to see. 79

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
