Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

Beholdest thou him who belieth the Requital? 1 It is he who turns away the orphan 2 and feels no urge to feed the needy. 3 So woe to those who pray 4 and are heedless of their prayers, 5 They who would be seen, 6 and, withal, deny all assistance [to their fellow-men]! 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
