And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 and We saved them with their nation from a great distress. 115 and We helped them, so that they were victorious; 116 And We gave them the clear Scripture; 117 and guided them the straight way, 118 And We left for the twain among the posterity: 119 'Peace be upon Moses and, Aaron!' 120 This is how We reward those who do good: 121 They were two of Our believing servants. 122 And lo! Elias was of those sent (to warn), 123 He asked his people: 'Do you not fear (Allah)? 124 "Will you call upon Ba'l (a well- known idol of his nation whom they used to worship) and forsake the Best of creators, 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients' 126 But they cried him lies; so they will be among the arraigned, 127 Except the chosen bondmen of Allah. 128 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 129 Salamun (peace) be upon Ilyasin (Elias)!" 130 That is how We reward those who do good. 131 For he was one of our believing Servants. 132 Verily Lot was one of the apostles, 133 We rescued him and his whole family, 134 except an old woman who lingered, 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by (their ruined town) in the morning 137 And at night. Then will you not use reason? 138
