We certainly bestowed Our favor upon Moses and Aaron 114 and We delivered both of them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And We helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We bestowed the clear Book to both of them. 117 guided them to the right path, 118 And We left for them among the later folk (the salutation): 119 Salamun (peace) be upon Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron)!" 120 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 121 For they were two of our believing Servants. 122 Elias was certainly a Messenger. 123 when he said to his people, 'Will you not be godfearing? 124 “What! You worship Baal (an idol) and leave the Best Creator?” – 125 “Allah – Who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?” 126 In response they denied him, so they will surely be brought forth as captives. 127 except Allah's chosen servants. 128 and him We left thus to be remembered among later generations: 129 Peace be upon Elias. 130 It is thus indeed that We reward those who do good: 131 He was among Our believing worshipers. 132 And verily, Lout (Lot) was one of the Messengers. 133 When We saved him and his family, all, 134 except an old woman who lingered, 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 Verily, you pass by them in the morning. 137 And by night: will ye not understand? 138
