Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Have you seen the one who calls the religion a lie? 1 That is the one who treats the orphan with harshness, 2 And encourages not the feeding of the indigent. 3 So woe to the praying ones, 4 and are heedless of their prayers, 5 Those who do good deeds only to be seen (of men), 6 But refuse (to supply) (even) neighbourly needs. 7
