Lo! those who ward off (evil) are among gardens and watersprings. 45 “Enter them with peace, in safety.” 46 And We will root out whatever of rancor is in their breasts-- (they shall be) as brethren, on raised couches, face to face. 47 Neither any hardship is to reach them in it, nor are they to be expelled from it. 48 ۞ Tell My worshipers that I am the Forgiving, the Most Merciful, 49 And verily My torment! that is the torment afflictive 50 And tell them about Abraham's guests. 51 When they came to Abraham they said: "Peace be upon you!" He replied: "Indeed we feel afraid of you." 52 They (the angels) said: "Do not be afraid! We give you glad tidings of a boy (son) possessing much knowledge and wisdom." 53 He said: Do you give me good news (of a son) when old age has come upon me?-- Of what then do you give me good news! 54 They said: We bring thee good tidings in truth. So be not thou of the despairing. 55 He said: And who despaireth of the mercy of his Lord save those who are astray? 56 He said: And afterward what is your business, O ye messengers (of Allah)? 57 They said: "We have been sent to a people (deep) in sin, 58 Except Lut's followers: We will most surely deliver them all, 59 all together, excepting his wife -- we have decreed, she shall surely be of those that tarry.' 60
