SAY: "O my Sustainer! If it be Thy will to let me witness [the fulfillment of] whatever they [who blaspheme against Thee] have been promised [to suffer] 93 do not, O my Sustainer, let me be one of those evildoing folk!" 94 Surely We are able to show you what We warn them against. 95 Dispel evil with what is good. We know well what they attribute (to Us). 96 And say, "My Lord, I seek refuge in You from the incitements of the devils, 97 “And my Lord, (I seek) Your refuge from their coming to me.” 98 Until, when death comes to one of them he says: 'My Lord, let me go back, 99 haply I shall do righteousness in that I forsook.' Nay, it is but a word he speaks; and there; behind them, is a barrier until the day that they shall be raised up. 100 And when the trumpet is blown there will be no kinship among them that day, nor will they ask of one another. 101 Only those whose scales are heavier in the balance will find happiness. 102 And the ones whose scales prove light – it is they who put their lives into ruin, remaining in hell forever. 103 The fire will scorch their faces and they will be groaning therein in pain. 104 Have not My revelations been rehearsed unto you, and them ye have been belying? 105 They will say: Our Lord! Our evil fortune conquered us, and we were erring folk. 106 O our Sustainer! Cause us to come out of this [suffering] - and then, if ever We revert [to sinning,] may we truly be [deemed] evildoers!" 107 He shall say: slink away there unto, and speak not unto Me. 108 Lo! there was a party of My slaves who said: Our Lord! We believe, therefor forgive us and have mercy on us for Thou art Best of all who show mercy; 109 “So you took them for a mockery until your mocking at them made you forget My remembrance, and you used to laugh at them!” 110 On this day I have given them their reward for their exercising patience and it is they who have triumphed." 111 [And] He will ask [the doomed]: "What number of years have you spent on earth?" 112 They will say: "A day or less than a day. Ask the enumerators of numbers." 113 He will say: "You stayed there only a moment, if you knew. 114 What, did you think that We created you only for sport, and that you would not be returned to Us?' 115 So Exalted be Allah, the True King, La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), the Lord of the Supreme Throne! 116 Whosoever calls upon another god, other than Allah, having no proof his reckoning will be with his Lord. The unbelievers shall never prosper. 117 Say, "Lord, forgive us and have mercy. You are the best of those who show mercy." 118
