The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ Ta'. Sin. Mim. 1 These are verses of the Book that makes (things) clear. 2 Perhaps, [O Muhammad], you would kill yourself with grief that they will not be believers. 3 If We will, We shall send down on them out of heaven a sign, so their necks will stay humbled to it. 4 And never does a new advice come to them from the Most Gracious, but they turn away from it. 5 Now they have denied (the Truth); but there will come unto them tidings of that whereat they used to scoff. 6 Have they, then, never considered the earth - how much of every noble kind [of life] We have caused to grow thereon? 7 Indeed in this is a sign; and most of them will not accept faith. 8 And verily thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
