Surely We have created man, and We know the promptings of his heart, and We are nearer to him than even his jugular vein. 16 When the two angels meet together, sitting one on the right, and one on the left, 17 There is not a word he utters but an observer is ready (to make note of it). 18 Lo, the agony of death has indeed come with the Truth. That is what you had sought to avoid. 19 And the trumpet is blown. This is the threatened Day. 20 Each soul will come with a driver and a witness. 21 'Thou wast heedless of this; therefore We have now removed from thee thy covering, and so thy sight today is piercing.' 22 And his companions shall say: This is what is ready with me. 23 "Cast into Hell every ungrateful, rebellious one, 24 Hinderer of good, trespasser, doubter 25 and has set up another deity with Allah. Hurl him into the grievous torment.” 26 ۞ And his companion shall say: 'Our Lord, I did not make him insolent, he was far astray' 27 Allah will say: wrangle not in My presence, and I had already proferred unto you the threat. 28 The Sentence that comes from Me cannot be changed, and I am not unjust (to the least) to the slaves." 29
