Al-Rahman 2 of 3
All that is on the earth is doomed to perish, 26 And the Face of your Lord full of Majesty and Honour will abide forever. 27 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 28 Of Him seeks (its need) every creature in the heavens and on earth: every day in (new) Splendour doth He (shine)! 29 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 30 We shall surely aim, O both burdened. 31 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 32 O assembly of jinn and man! if ye be able to pass out of the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass out; ye can not pass out except with authority. 33 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 34 Let loose at you will be smokeless flames of fire so that you will not be able to defend yourselves. 35 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 36 And when the sky is rent asunder and becomes red like [burning] oil 37 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 38 On that Day no question will be asked of man or Jinn as to his sin. 39 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 40 All who were lost in sin shall by their marks be known, and shall by their forelocks and their feet be seized! 41 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 42 This is Hell the sinners called a lie. 43 Going round between it and boiling water fierce. 44 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 45
