And warnings came in truth unto the house of Pharaoh 41 They rejected each one of Our signs. So We seized them with the grip of one mighty and powerful. 42 Are your unbelievers (of Makkah) any better than they? Or have you been granted any immunity in the Scriptures? 43 Or do they say: "We acting together can defend ourselves"? 44 The group will soon be routed, and will turn their backs to flee. 45 In fact their promise is upon the Last Day – and the Last Day is very severe and very bitter! 46 Surely the guilty are in error and distress. 47 The Day they will be dragged in the Fire on their faces (it will be said to them): "Taste you the touch of Hell!" 48 Surely We have created everything in measure. 49 And Our commandment shall be but one, as the twinkling of an eye. 50 And verily We have destroyed your fellows; but is there any that remembereth? 51 And everything they have wrought is in the Writs. 52 And everything small and great is written down. 53 Lo! the righteous will dwell among gardens and rivers, 54 in a secure abode, in the presence of the Powerful King. 55
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
