And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 and succoured them, so that [in the end] it was they who achieved victory. 116 We gave them the enlightening Book, 117 And showed them the right path. 118 And We kept their praise among the latter generations. 119 Peace be unto Musa and Harun. 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 Indeed they are two of Our high ranking, firmly believing bondmen. 122 AND, BEHOLD, Elijah [too] was indeed one of Our message-bearers 123 He told his people, "Why do you not have fear of God? 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients' 126 But they cried him lies; so they will be among the arraigned, 127 except the sincere worshipers of Allah. 128 And We left his (memory) for posterity. 129 Peace be upon Elias. 130 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 And verily Lut was of the sent ones. 133 We saved him and all his kinsmen, 134 except an old woman who was among those that stayed behind; 135 then We destroyed the others, 136 You pass by their ruins morning 137 And at night. Will ye not therefore reflect? 138

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
