Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
Have you received the news of the Enveloper? 1 Faces on that Day shall be downcast, 2 Travailing, worn. 3 They will suffer the heat of the blazing fire 4 Made to drink from a boiling spring. 5 There is no food for them except thorns of fire. 6 unfattening, unappeasing hunger. 7 However, on that day the faces of other people will be happy. 8 Well-pleased because of their striving, 9 In a Garden on high, 10 where they will hear no idle talk. 11 Therein will be a bubbling spring: 12 and raised couches, 13 and goblets set forth 14 and cushions arrayed in rows, 15 and outspread carpets. 16 Do they not look at the camels, how they are created? 17 And the heavens, how it was raised high; 18 And the mountains, how they were fixed; 19 And the earth, how it was spread out? 20 So remind them (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)), you are only a one who reminds. 21 thou art not charged to oversee them. 22 But he who turns his back, and disbelieves, 23 Allah will punish him with a mighty Punishment, 24 Verily unto Us is their return. 25 Then verily, for Us will be their reckoning. 26

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
