Destiny (Al-Qadr)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after He Frowned ('Abasa) before The Sun (Al-Shams)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

We sent it [Quran] down on the Night of Destiny. 1 And what will explain to thee what the night of power is? 2 The grand night is better than a thousand months. 3 in it the angels and the Spirit (Gabriel) descend by the permission of their Lord upon every command. 4 Peace it is until the emergence of dawn. 5

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
