Al-Zalzalah

The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

When the earth is shaken with her (violent) shaking, 1 and it throws out its burden, 2 And man says, "What is [wrong] with it?" - 3 On that Day will she declare her tidings: 4 Because thy Lord will inspire her. 5 On that Day will men proceed in companies sorted out, to be shown the deeds that they (had done). 6 And so, he who shall have done an atom's weight of good, shall behold it; 7 while whoever has done the smallest particle of evil will see it. 8

God the Almighty always says the truth.
