Al-Qaare'ah

The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Al-Qari'ah (the striking Hour i.e. the Day of Resurrection), 1 What is the Striking? 2 And what could make thee conceive what that sudden calamity will be? 3 A day wherein mankind will be as thickly-scattered moths 4 And the mountains shall be as loosened wool. 5 Then as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be heavy, 6 He shall be in a life well-pleasing. 7 But as for one whose scales are light, 8 He is in the lap of one that abases. 9 And what can make you know what that is? 10 (It is) a Fire Blazing fiercely! 11

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
