The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

When the earth is shaken to her (utmost) convulsion, 1 And the earth brings forth her burdens, 2 And man says, “What has happened to it?” 3 That Day, it will report its news 4 as thy Sustainer will have inspired her to do! 5 On that Day people will go forth in varying states so that they be shown their deeds. 6 Then whosoever hath worked good of an atom's weight shall behold it 7 and whoever does an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
