The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

By the snorting courses, 1 Then those that produce fire striking, 2 rushing to assault at morn, 3 Then, therewith, with their trail of dust, 4 forcing their way into the midst of the enemy, 5 Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful; 6 He himself bears witness to that. 7 And indeed he loves wealth to the extreme. 8 ۞ Is he not aware of the time when the contents of the graves will be brought out? 9 And that within the breasts is obtained, 10 Surely, on that Day, they will know that their Lord had full knowledge of them all. 11
