The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Alif-Lam-Mim. 1 THIS DIVINE WRIT - let there be no doubt about it - is [meant to be] a guidance for all the God-conscious. 2 who believe in the unseen, and are steadfast in prayer, and spend out of what We have provided them with; 3 And who believe in that which has been revealed to you and that which was revealed before you and they are sure of the hereafter. 4 These are on guidance from their Lord, and these they are the blissful ones. 5 Surely those who disbelieve, it being alike to them whether you warn them, or do not warn them, will not believe. 6 Allah has sealed up their hearts and ears and a covering has fallen over their eyes, and they have incurred the severest punishment. 7
