VERILY, those who are conscious of God [shall find themselves in the hereafter] amidst gardens and springs, 45 Enter therein in peace, secure. 46 And [by then] We shall have removed whatever unworthy thoughts or feelings may have been [lingering] in their breasts, [and they shall rest] as brethren, facing one another [in love] upon thrones of happiness. 47 No weariness shall ever touch them in this [state of bliss,] and never shall they have to forgo it. 48 ۞ [O Muhammad], inform My servants that it is I who am the Forgiving, the Merciful. 49 And that My Penalty will be indeed the most grievous Penalty. 50 And declare thou unto them of Ibrahim's guests. 51 When they entered upon him, they said, Peace. He said: Surely we are afraid of you. 52 'Do not be afraid' they answered. 'We come to give you glad tidings of a knowledgeable child' 53 He said, "Do you bring me such news despite my old age? What kind of good news are you bringing me?" 54 They said: "The good tiding we give you is of truth. Do not, therefore, be of those who despair." 55 He said, “Who is it that despairs from the mercy of his Lord, except those who are astray?” 56 [Ibrahim (Abraham) again] said: "What then is the business on which you have come, O Messengers?" 57 They said, “We have been sent towards a guilty nation.” 58 Except Lut's followers: We will most surely deliver them all, 59 except his wife (about whom Allah says that) We have decreed that she shall be among those who stay behind." 60
