The Cheaters (Al-Mutaffifeen)
36 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Spider (Al-Ankaboot) before The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
WOE UNTO THOSE who give short measure: 1 those who demand a full measure from others 2 And who, when they measure unto them or weigh for them, diminish. 3 Do they not realise that they will be raised to life 4 on a Great Day, 5 a Day when mankind will stand before the Lord of the Universe? 6 No indeed, the Book of the immoral is in Sijjeen. 7 And what will make you know what the Sijjin is? 8 A Register inscribed. 9 Woe, on that day, to those who have rejected God's revelations 10 who cry lies to the Day of Doom; 11 And none can deny it except every transgressor beyond bounds, (in disbelief, oppression and disobedience of Allah, the sinner!) 12 When you recite Our verses to him, he says, “Stories of earlier men!” 13 Nay, but their hearts are corroded by all [the evil] that they were wont to do! 14 Nay, but surely on that day they will be covered from (the mercy of) their Lord. 15 Then they will indeed burn in Hell. 16 Then shall it be said: This is what you gave the lie to. 17 No indeed; the book of the pious is in Illiyun; 18 What could let you know what the 'Illiyoon is! 19 A record [indelibly] inscribed, 20 which the angels placed near Allah to safeguard. 21 Lo! the righteous verily are in delight, 22 reclining on couches, reviewing (the bounties given to them). 23 Thou wilt recognize in their faces the brightness of delight. 24 They are given to drink of a pure wine, sealed, 25 The sealing of it is (with) musk; and for that let the aspirers aspire. 26 With the wine is a drink from Tasnim, 27 A spring, from (the waters) whereof drink those Nearest to Allah. 28 Verily those who have sinned were wont at those who had believed to laugh, 29 And whenever they passed by them, used to wink one to another (in mockery); 30 And when they returned to their household they returned jesting. 31 And when they saw them, they said: verily these are the strayed ones. 32 And withal, they have no call to watch over [the beliefs of] others... 33 This day it is those who believe who have the laugh of disbelievers, 34 On (high) thrones, looking (at all things). 35 Have the unbelievers been rewarded for what they did? 36
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
