Do you not see that We have set the devils against the infidels to rouse and instigate them? 83 So take no hasty action against them; their days are numbered. 84 On the day that We shall muster the godfearing to the All-merciful with pomp 85 and the criminals will be driven and thrown into hell, 86 [on that Day] none will have [the benefit of] intercession unless he has [in his lifetime] entered into a bond with the Most Gracious. 87 And they say, 'The All-merciful has taken unto Himself a son. 88 Assuredly ye have brought a thing monstrous. 89 Thereby the heavens are nearly torn and the earth split asunder, and mountains fall crashing down 90 That they ascribe a son (or offspring or children) to the Most Beneficent (Allah). 91 When it does not behove the Merciful to have a son. 92 There is none in the heavens and the earth but cometh unto the Beneficent as a slave. 93 He has counted them and calculated their number. 94 And each one of them will come unto Him on the Day of Resurrection, alone. 95 Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds - the Most Merciful will appoint for them affection. 96 So We have only made it easy in your tongue that you may give good news thereby to those who guard (against evil) and warn thereby a vehemently contentious people. 97 And how many a generation have We destroyed before them! Perceivest thou of them anyone or hear of them a whisper? 98
