Do you not see that We have set the devils against the infidels to rouse and instigate them? 83 Hence, be not in haste [to call down God's punishment] upon them: for We but number the number of their days. 84 On the Day of Judgment, when the pious people will be brought into the presence of the Beneficent God as the guests of honor 85 and We shall drive the guilty ones to Hell as a thirsty herd. 86 On that Day none will have the power to intercede for them except those who received a sanction from the Most Compassionate Lord. 87 They say: "(Allah) Most Gracious has begotten a son!" 88 You have indeed advanced something hideous! 89 The heavens may almost be rent thereat, and the earth cleave asunder, and the mountains fall down in pieces, 90 That they should ascribe unto the Compassionate a son. 91 The Beneficent God is too Exalted to have a son. 92 None is there in the heavens and earth but he comes to the All-merciful as a servant; 93 He knows their number and has counted each one of them. 94 And every one of them will come to Him on the day of resurrection alone. 95 Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds - the Most Merciful will appoint for them affection. 96 So have We made the (Qur'an) easy in thine own tongue, that with it thou mayest give Glad Tidings to the righteous, and warnings to people given to contention. 97 How many generations We have destroyed before them! Can you find a single one of them alive now, or hear so much as a whisper from them? 98
