Pray, “My Lord! If You show me the promise they are given,” 93 do not, O my Sustainer, let me be one of those evildoing folk!" 94 And indeed We are Able to show you (O Muhammad SAW) that with which We have threatened them. 95 Repel evil with that which is best: We are well acquainted with the things they say. 96 Say, "Lord, I seek your protection against the strong temptations of the devils. 97 “And my Lord, (I seek) Your refuge from their coming to me.” 98 Till, when death comes to one of them, he says, 'My Lord, return me; 99 that I have left behind. I am likely to do good." Nay, it is merely a word that he is uttering. There is a barrier behind all of them (who are dead) until the Day when they will be raised up. 100 So when the Trumpet is blown so there will neither be any relationship among them* that day, nor will they ask about one another. (The disbelievers) 101 And those whose scales are heavy [with good deeds] - it is they who are the successful. 102 whereas they whose weight is light in the balance - it is they who will have squandered their own selves, [destined] to abide in hell: 103 The fire lashes their faces and therein are shriveled lips. 104 [And God will say:] "Were not My messages conveyed unto you, and were you [not] wont to give them the lie?" 105 They shall say: O our Lord! our adversity overcame us and we were an erring people: 106 "Our Lord! bring us out of this: if ever we return (to Evil), then shall we be wrong-doers indeed!" 107 He will say, "Be quiet and say nothing." 108 "Indeed there was a group among My bondmen who said, 'Our Lord! We have accepted faith, therefore forgive us and have mercy on us, and You are the Best Among The Merciful.' 109 “So you took them for a mockery until your mocking at them made you forget My remembrance, and you used to laugh at them!” 110 "I have rewarded them this Day for their patience and constancy: they are indeed the ones that have achieved Bliss..." 111 He will say, “How long did you stay on earth, counting by the number of years? 112 They will say: "We stayed a day or part of a day. Ask of those who keep account." 113 He will say, "You stayed not but a little - if only you had known. 114 "Did you think that We had created you in play (without any purpose), and that you would not be brought back to Us?" 115 Then, exalted be God, the true King, there is no deity except Him, the Lord of the Glorious Throne. 116 And whosoever calleth, along with Allah, unto god, of whom he hath no warranty, then his reckoning is only with his Lord; verily thrive will not the infidels. 117 (Muhammad), say, "Lord, forgive me and grant me mercy; You are the best of the Merciful Ones. 118
God the Almighty always says the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
