The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 These are verses of the Book that makes (things) clear. 2 You will perhaps kill yourself with anguish because they are not accepting the faith. 3 If We will, We can send down on them from the sky a portent so that their necks would remain bowed before it. 4 Never does there come to them an admonition from the Merciful Lord but they turn away from it. 5 They will soon come to know the truth of that which they have been scoffing at. 6 Have they not seen the earth, how much of every fruitful kind We make to grow therein? 7 Surely in this there is a sign, yet most of them would not believe: 8 Your Lord, He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 9
