O Prophet! Command your wives and your daughters and the women of the Muslims to cover their faces with a part of their cloaks; this is closer to their being recognised and not being harassed; and Allah is Oft Forgiving, Most Merciful. (It is incumbent upon women to cover themselves properly.) 59 ۞ If the hypocrites, and those in whose hearts is a disease, and the alarmists in the city do not cease, We verily shall urge thee on against them, then they will be your neighbours in it but a little while. 60 bereft of God's grace, they shall be seized wherever they may be found, and slain one and all. 61 That was the Way of Allah in the case of those who passed away of old, and you will not find any change in the Way of Allah. 62 People ask you concerning the Hour (of Resurrection). Say: “Allah alone has knowledge of it. What do you know? Perhaps the Hour is nigh.” 63 Verily Allah hath cursed the infidels, and hath gotten ready for them a Blaze. 64 To dwell therein for ever: no protector will they find, nor helper. 65 On the day when their faces shall be turned back into the fire, they shall say: O would that we had obeyed Allah and obeyed the Apostle! 66 They will say: "O our Lord, we obeyed our leaders and the elders, but they only led us astray. 67 O our Lord! give them a double punishment and curse them with a great curse. 68
