۞ Say: 'I give you only one admonition, that you stand before Allah either two by two, or one by one and reflect. There is no madness in your companion. He (Prophet Muhammad) is only a warner to you, before a terrible punishment' 46 Say, "Whatever payment I might have asked of you - it is yours. My payment is only from Allah, and He is, over all things, Witness." 47 Say: 'My Lord hurls the truth -- the Knower of the Unseen.' 48 Say: The truth has come, and the falsehood shall vanish and shall not come back. 49 Say: "If (even) I go astray, I shall stray only to my own loss. But if I remain guided, it is because of the Inspiration of my Lord to me. Truly, He is AllHearer, Ever Near (to all things)." 50 And if only you see, when they will be forced into a terror from which they will be unable to escape, and are seized from a place nearby. (Wherever they go, they are never far). 51 And they will say (in the Hereafter): "We do believe (now);" but how could they receive (Faith and the acceptance of their repentance by Allah) from a place so far off (i.e. to return to the worldly life again). 52 And they disbelieved in it before, and they utter conjectures with regard to the unseen from a distant place. 53 And a barrier is set between them and what they desire*, as was done for their earlier groups; indeed they are in a doubt that deceives.
