And certainly We conferred a favor on Musa and Haroun. 114 and We delivered both of them and their people from the great calamity. 115 And We helped them, so they overcame (their troubles); 116 and We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 and guided them to the straight path; 118 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon on both of them in the latter (generations), 119 "Peace upon Moses and Aaron." 120 That is how We reward those who do good. 121 Verily! They were two of Our believing slaves. 122 And verily, llyas was one of the sent ones. 123 when he said to his people, 'Will you not be godfearing? 124 Do you call upon Baal and forsake the Best of the Creators? 125 who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 And they denied him, so indeed, they will be brought [for punishment], 127 But not the servants of Allah, the purified ones. 128 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 129 Peace be upon Ilyas! 130 As such We recompense the gooddoers. 131 Indeed, he was of Our believing servants. 132 So also was Lut among those sent (by Us). 133 When We delivered him and his followers, all-- 134 Except an old woman, who became of those who stayed behind. 135 Then We annihilated the others. 136 and you pass by them in the morning 137 And during the night; so do you not have sense? 138
