We certainly bestowed Our favor upon Moses and Aaron 114 And We saved them and their people from the great distress; 115 We helped them and they were victorious. 116 And We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 and guided them upon the Straight Path. 118 and left them thus to be remembered among later generations: 119 Salamun (peace) be upon Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron)!" 120 This is how We reward the virtuous. 121 they were among Our believing servants. 122 And Elias (El Yaseen) was among the Messengers. 123 When he said to his people, "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you call on Ba'lan (the idol Baal) and abandon the Best Creator, 125 “Allah – Who is your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?” 126 But they gave him the lie: and therefore they will most surely be arraigned [on Judgment Day,] 127 Except the chosen creatures of God. 128 And We left for him (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 129 "Peace be upon Elijah and his followers!" 130 This is how We reward the virtuous. 131 Surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 And verily, Lout (Lot) was one of the Messengers. 133 when We delivered him and his people all together, 134 Save an old woman among the lingerers. 135 and We destroyed the rest. 136 You pass by (their ruined town) in the morning 137 And at night-time; have ye then no sense? 138
