The tree of al-Zaqqum 43 The food of sinners. 44 Like molten copper boiling in the belly 45 like the boiling of hot water. 46 “Seize him, and forcibly drag him right to the blazing fire.” 47 "Then pour over his head the torment of scalding water." 48 Taste this, you are a person mighty and noble! 49 This is what you used to doubt.” 50 The pious ones will be in a secure place 51 amidst gardens and fountains, 52 wearing [garments] of silk and brocade, facing one another [in love]. 53 So; and We shall join them to fair women with beautiful, big, and lustrous eyes. 54 They shall call therein for every fruit in security; 55 They will not taste death therein, save the first death. God will save them from the torment of Hell 56 By the munificence of your Lord; this is the great success. 57 (O Prophet), We have made this Book easy in your tongue so that they may take heed. 58 Wait then (O Muhammad). Lo! they (too) are waiting. 59
