Have you seen him who turns his back, 33 And gave a little, then was grudging? 34 Does he have knowledge of the hidden, so he can foresee? 35 Or hath he not had news of what is in the books of Moses 36 And of Ibrahim (Abraham) who fulfilled (or conveyed) all that (what Allah ordered him to do or convey), 37 That no bearer of burden shall bear the burden of another- 38 And that there is not for man except that [good] for which he strives 39 And that his deeds will be seen, 40 then he shall be recompensed for it with the fullest recompense, 41 and that the final end is with your Lord, 42 And that it is He (Allah) Who makes (whom He wills) laugh, and makes (whom He wills) weep; 43 And that He it is Who giveth death and giveth life; 44 and that He Himself created the two kinds, male and female, 45 From a seed when lodged (in its place); 46 That He hath promised a Second Creation (Raising of the Dead); 47 that He it is Who bestowed wealth and riches, 48 And that He only is the Lord of the star Sirius? 49 And that He destroyed the first [people of] 'Aad 50 And Thamud, and did not leave them, 51 And before them, the people of Nooh? Indeed they were more unjust and more rebellious than these! 52 And He overthrew the Cities of the Plain, 53 Then covered them with that which covered them. 54 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 55 This is a warner of the warners of old. 56 The (Judgment) ever approaching draws nigh: 57 Of it, [from those] besides Allah, there is no remover. 58 Marvel ye then at this statement, 59 and do you laugh, and do you not weep, 60 While ye amuse yourselves? 61 So fall you down in prostration to Allah, and worship Him (Alone). ۩ 62
